Returns:
We will gladly accept returns on the condition that our replicas are not working due to manufacturing errors. Replicas must be received in brand new condition attached to all original documents and box.
Please contact us first so that we may help troubleshoot the replica with you, If we find that the rifle was in fact defective, we will take care of shipping costs for you.
If customer decides that he/she just does not want the replica, the replica must be returned in the same exact condition as received. Customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee and will have to pay for return shipping.
